- WWE------RAW , Smackdown remained the most watched show. In April, Triple H won the WWE Championship and in November, Chris Jericho took home the World Heavyweight Championship title.
- Olympics----Beijing Summer Games. We got Superman Michael Phelps with 8 gold medals and Usain Bolt shattered three world record times.
- MLB-------The Philadelphia Phillies won their first World Series in nearly 30 years, beating out the Tampa Bay Rays
- NFL------Always from Super Bowl Game in Feb. But have the drama about New England Patriots perfect season but lost to NY Giants won Super Bowl XLII.
- NBA------Boston Celtics to win the NBA Finals for the first time since 1986.
- UFC-------Ultimate Fighting Championship I don't like it but very popular
- NHL----------Red Wings defeated Penguins to win the Stanley Cup.
- PGA--------Tiger Woods knee injury.
- NCAA--------College sports are always popular for alumni and students.
